LOL, most of these people up here who are "breeding" are fools. Of course I am sure you know that, my hub's philosophy when I tried to establish a stud fee was this:
$200 for the best mares, $1200 for the rest ;) I liked his attitude but it sure didn't fly. I haven't had an inquiry about breeding in years so I just quit advertising. 7 years and two mares, big whoop!
Thank heavens I did not go the prostitute route like some have chosen-"free breedings" to "approved mares".....
which would be those that showed up in the driveway, I am sure ;)
